Communities expert behind some of the industry’s most impressive programmes joins Harris to drive innovation, delivery and best practice

London, Wednesday 18th April 2018: Harris Interactive, the leading full-service digital market research agency, has appointed Jack Lee as Head of Online Communities, to drive innovation and enhance the service and value delivered to clients.

Jack brings a decade of research and insight community expertise to the role, including a four-year stint at Verve, where he was responsible for implementing and managing a number of flagship communities, growing delivery teams and developing best practice. His experience spans telecoms, tech, retail, CPG, financial services and healthcare sectors.

Amongst other achievements, Jack is credited with setting up and managing one of the largest retail insight communities ever created, launching complex multi-market, multi-language communities and panels, including hard-to-reach specialist audiences, and building-out operations teams and best practice in the UK and overseas.

Jack will head up Harris Interactive’s online community business and growth plans, working across delivery and R&D teams to ensure clients get the most from their communities and benefit from the significant ongoing innovation in Harris’ technology and services.
