Lynn is a member of the Market Research Society and has been in market research since 2002 in both agency and client settings and has been at Harris Interactive since 2008. She has excellent project management skills, is highly organised and demonstrates sound understanding of the relationship between business needs and research findings. She has considerable experience in managing large scale quantitative and qualitative projects, working with both consumer and business to business audiences.
With a keen interest in travel, and a regular cruiser, her industry sector experience is broad and includes leisure, retail, food and drink and financial services sectors. Within these categories she has worked on numerous ad hoc and continuous projects ranging from customer satisfaction, communications, consumer behaviour, new product development and segmentation.
