Financial Services: How to better evaluate your service and product propositions

Our Financial Services webinar, held on Tuesday, 28th February at 1 pm, explored our latest automated digital innovation – Concept ExpressTM – designed to save people time and money at the earlier stages of product development by evaluating their service and product propositions quickly and cost-effectively and helping them to make faster decisions about whether to take them forward to the next phase.

 

Our experts guided viewers through Concept Express showcasing its advantages through a live demonstration. People were able to experience the benefits Concept Express can deliver to their service and product propositions testing. Viewers were taught how to:

  • Optimise their concepts and brand attributes before going live
  • Receive results within 24 hours from a general population sample in key markets 
  • Access real time reporting with KPI dashboard and analytics platform
  • Benefit from our experience of decades of concept testing best practice
