Harris Interactive boosts consumer insights with upgraded Harris 24 service

London, UK, 4 July 2017: Harris Interactive has today announced major enhancements to its existing Harris 24 service, allowing users to tap into the insights of up to 5,000 consumers on a UK or international scale, and see results within 24 hours.

Since its launch in March 2016, Harris 24 has successfully delivered fast quality consumer insights to a range of high-profile companies. The upgrades to the system mean for the first-time clients will benefit from reaching up to 5,000 nationally representative or targeted consumers, with up to 50 questions per survey. Respondent targets will also be identified using extensive demographic, behavioural profiling, and custom targeting, to ensure that clients are reaching their key audiences.
