HARRIS INTERACTIVE UK BOOSTS EMPLOYEE RESEARCH EXPERTISE WITH MISTRY APPOINTMENT

Expert credited with giving thousands of employees a voice in the workplace joins team to enhance client services in rapidly developing sector

London, Wednesday 28th February, 2018: Harris Interactive, the leading full-service digital market research agency, has appointed Vijay Mistry as Head of Employee Research, to enhance the service and value delivered to clients and lead the growth and development of its work in the sector.

Mistry brings eight years’ experience in employee research and insight delivery designed to inform strategy and drive commercial performance.  He joins from ORC, where he spent more than three years as research director, team manager and lead insight consultant to major brands in all sectors, having previously held senior roles at Korn Ferry Hay Group and other employee specialists.

Amongst other achievements, Mistry can be credited with influencing the working lives of up to half a million people each year by ensuring their opinions are heard by their leadership teams.  He believes it is not just about reporting numbers, which is so common in his field, but using data to deliver a compelling strategic narrative that provokes a need for change and transformation.

He will head up Harris Interactive’s employee research business, working across the delivery teams to ensure clients get the most from their existing programmes. He will also ensure the Harris portfolio of services and technology continues to evolve in line with their needs, to deliver more options, flexibility and value going forward.
